Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Innervista Atelier, we want every participant to feel confident in their decision to enrol. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms across our different offerings.
1. BalancedGrowth Blueprint (30-Day Program)
We want you to genuinely experience the program before deciding. A refund is therefore available only after you have completed and engaged with the first 7 days, and only within the window below:
- Eligibility: You must complete all daily tasks for Days 1–7 in full and submit them in the program community. This shows you’ve genuinely engaged with the foundational phase.
- When to apply: Refund requests can be raised only after Day 7 and no later than Day 10 of enrolment. This gives you time to experience the program while keeping a clear, fair deadline.
- Refund amount: Full refund minus a 5% payment gateway fee.
- Not eligible: Requests made before completing the Days 1–7 tasks, requests made after Day 10, or where the first 7 days’ tasks are incomplete or not submitted in the community.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days, as the program is designed as a complete 30-day journey.
2. 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions
- Cancellation by you: 24-hour notice required to reschedule. Same-day cancellations are not refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion
- Cancellation by us: Full refund or rescheduling at your choice
- Coaching packages (4/8/12 sessions): Refunds available for unused sessions only, minus 10% administrative fee, provided requested within 14 days of package purchase
3. Kids Public Speaking Workshops
- More than 7 days before workshop start: Full refund (minus 5% payment gateway fee)
- 3–7 days before start: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days or after workshop begins: No refund
- Cohort transfers (to a future batch) may be offered at our discretion
4. Corporate Trainings
- Refund and cancellation terms for corporate engagements are governed by individual signed agreements/proposals between Innervista Atelier and the client organisation
- Standard terms typically include 50% advance (non-refundable on confirmation) and 50% on delivery
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email: accounts@innervistaatelier.com
Include:
- Your full name
- Date of purchase
- Program/service name
- Reason for refund request
- Payment receipt or transaction ID
- For the BalancedGrowth Blueprint: confirmation that your Days 1–7 tasks were completed and submitted in the community
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Workshop materials, downloadable resources, or recordings already accessed
- Promotional or discounted offerings (unless explicitly stated otherwise)
- Group bookings where individual cancellations occur after start
8. Disputes
We aim to resolve all concerns amicably. If you have a dispute, please contact us first at accounts@innervistaatelier.com before seeking external resolution.
