Meet your coach
Hi, I’m Nandita.
I founded Innervista Atelier because I believe every child deserves to walk into any room, or any Zoom, with their voice ready.
With over 7 years in corporate and 10 years on stage as an emcee, I’ve trained and coached since 2018. Raising Voices is the program I wish existed when I was nine.
In 16 sessions, I’ll help your child find their voice, structure their thoughts, and own the stage, whether it’s the school assembly, a family dinner, or one day, a board room.
I keep batches capped at 10 because every child deserves real airtime, real feedback, and real growth.

Questions parents often ask
My child is shy, will they be okay?
Yes, absolutely. Sessions 1–4 are designed entirely around safety and small wins. Shy children are exactly who the program transforms the most.
Do you offer 1-on-1 coaching instead?
We deliberately don’t. Public speaking needs an audience to practise in front of, peer learning, peer feedback, and the productive nerves of a small group are essential. That’s why batches are capped at exactly 10.
What if we miss a class?
Each batch gets a recap so your child can catch up on what was covered and stay on track for the next session.
Is this curriculum aligned to school competitions?
Yes, Phase 4 specifically prepares kids for school elocution, anchoring, vote-of-thanks, debate and assembly speeches.
What happens after Session 16?
Your child graduates Level 1 (Foundation). We’re launching Level 2 (Stage & Story) for graduates who want to continue.
Is there a payment plan?
We’ll discuss pricing options on the discovery call, including any early-bird offers and a payment plan if helpful.
How do I know it’s working?
Two ways. (1) We send weekly parent updates after each class. (2) We compare your child’s Session 1 “before” video to their Session 16 showcase. The growth is visible.
Will we need any special equipment?
A laptop or tablet with a working camera and a quiet room. That’s it.
